We had a wonderful and luxurious stay at this beautiful villa in Goa. The three-bedroom villa was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, hygienic, and exceptionally well maintained. The property offers plenty of space, comfort, and privacy for a relaxing holiday. The beach is conveniently located just a 10–15 minute walk away, making it easily accessible. The only minus point was that the pool was closed for maintenance and the kids were not happy about that. That’s the only reason I’m dropping a point in the rating . Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious, well-maintained, and luxurious stay in Goa
It is a gated community so you will feel safe. Walkable beach access. The host was very cooperative too.

We had an awesome stay! The property was exactly as described in the listing, beautifully maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and had a lovely homely feel. The location is very peaceful, and the beach is clean and within walking distance. Check-in was smooth, and both the host and caretaker were very responsive and helpful.
The kitchen is well-equipped with ample utensils, making it convenient for anyone who enjoys cooking. There is also parking space available for cars.
A few things to keep in mind: Blinkit and Zepto are not available in the area, and nearby stores are around 3–4 km away, so having your own vehicle is recommended. Airtel network connectivity was quite weak, with calls getting interrupted, but the property’s Wi-Fi worked well.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, beautiful aesthetics, and cosy, home-like atmosphere. A wonderful property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely love to visit again! 😊
Very good stay at south goa.
We had a wonderful stay here! The property is absolutely beautiful, with lovely interiors and a very warm and comfortable feel throughout.
Gracy was a wonderful host and was always checking in to make sure everything was going well and that we were comfortable.
One of our favourite parts was the backyard area. It’s a common but separate space with beautiful seating and a lovely garden. We especially enjoyed having our everyday tea there- it was such a peaceful and relaxing spot.
The location is also fantastic. The beach is just a 4-5 minute walk away through a beautiful green area. The beach itself was clean and not crowded, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time.
Just a small thing to keep in mind: there are a few dogs in the society, so it’s good to be a little careful around them, especially when they see new faces, as they can bark.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and I 100% recommend this property.
We had a very pleasant stay at The Greendoor Villa. It was a 2-storeyed row villa with an independent entrance. We had no trouble finding the place. The villa is inside a gated community and felt secure. We were able to park our car a few feet away. The interiors look exactly like the pictures and are very tastefully done. The manager and caretaker were very friendly, approachable and extremely responsive. Would strongly recommend to anyone travelling to this part of South Goa.
The stay was cozy, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, with a great location—literally just around 400 meters from the beach. It was the perfect place for a chill and laid-back South Goa getaway.
Our host, Gracy Correa, was extremely helpful and responsive, coordinating with us smoothly over calls and our chat group. We also faced an unexpected issue with our car’s AC during the stay, and Gracy went out of her way to help us connect with local repair shops. Thanks to her support, we were able to get the issue resolved and continue our journey comfortably.
Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxed, peaceful stay in South Goa. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
